Guarantee Policy
All Reservations Require credit card guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible until 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Therefore cancellation should be done through “Modify/Cancel” button or by fax (+90 212 522 43 59). Uninformed cancellations will be a no show with a penalty of 1 night’s stay.
Guarantee Policy
- All Reservations Require A Credit Card Guarantee
- Your credit card is needed to reserve your room and a provision of one room night rate will be taken for the guarantee of your reservation.
- If you leave earlier than planned, payment of the total booking is required. • In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the cost of one night accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so 24 hours prior to the day of arrival (Hotel local time) until 15:00 pm, to avoid cancellation penalties. If you cancel after this deadline, please note that we will charge one night of your room rate + VAT to your credit card.

- Children 0-2 in age are free of charge and can stay with their families.
- Children 3-6 in age are discounted at 50% from room rate and can also stay with their families
